The Interactive Dinner Party
Want to create a dinner party that is something out of the ordinary? Why not have a fun, in home cooking event? Ever wonder how to make a really great Tour Almondine or why some chef's Boeuf Bourguignon simply melts in your mouth? How the heck do you make a sage butter and what is the key to a succulent chocolate mousse? You and your guests can ask these questions and more as you work to prepare a gourmet meal together. Chef Bob Sferra will come to your home and show you how to make a great meal with the utensils and appliances you already own. Set your table, the chef’s coming to dinner!
To create an event that is just right for you and your guests, our event consultant will come to your home to discuss the available options that best meet the needs of your guests and your kitchen. We will work directly with you to choose the menu items that best reflect your tastes while selecting ingredients that are most in season. Your Interactive Dinner Party will last approximately two to three hours, with food served approximately one and a half to two hours into the event. Our staff can provide Hors d’oeuvres, beverages and even party favors to round out the evening. It's your party, make it a night your guests will remember.
